Snelling Staffing has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Employee Relations Specialist to join a well-established organization in San Antonio, TX. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for a professional with experience in handling employee relations matters, supporting business operations, and ensuring a positive workplace culture.

PAY/SCHEDULE/LOCATION/BENEFITS:

• Schedule: Standard business hours, Monday – Friday
• Pay: $65,000 – $70,000 DOE
• Location: San Antonio, TX 78231
• Benefits: Weekly Pay via Pay Card or Direct Deposit

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS SPECIALIST DUTIES:

• Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances professionally
• Conduct investigations related to employee relations issues and provide recommendations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and employment regulations
• Support management in performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and coaching
• Develop and implement HR policies that align with organizational goals
• Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives
• Maintain and secure confidential personnel records and sensitive employee information
• Assist in developing and facilitating training programs for employees
• Prepare reports and documentation related to employee relations matters
• Support business operations by managing internal communication and tracking systems
• Assist in board meeting preparations, including publishing agendas and recording minutes

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS:

• Submit to a drug screen & criminal background check
• Proven experience in employee relations, HR management, or as a generalist
• Strong understanding of employment laws and best HR practices
• Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Experience with HR software and data management systems preferred
