Snelling Staffing San Antonio is seeking a skilled Esthetician/Laser Hair Removal Specialist to join a thriving medical practice in San Antonio. This position offers the opportunity to deliver top-notch laser hair removal treatments while providing personalized skincare services to help clients achieve smooth, confident skin.

PAY/SCHEDULE/LOCATION/BENEFITS:

• Competitive base pay of $17.50–$20/hour, plus commission on services.
• Office Hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays are possible
• Medical, Dental, and Vision +
• Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit or Pay Card

ESTHETICIAN/LASER HAIR REMOVAL SPECIALIST DUTIES:

• Perform professional laser hair removal treatments
• Assess client needs and customize treatment plans to achieve optimal results
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and best practices during laser treatments
• Provide excellent client care, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience
• Maintain and operate laser equipment, keeping detailed treatment records
• Educate clients on pre- and post-care for laser treatments
• Collaborate with the team to enhance client satisfaction and treatment outcomes

ESTHETICIAN/LASER HAIR REMOVAL SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS:

• Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• Current Texas Esthetician license
• Certification in Laser Hair Removal required
• Experience with laser hair removal systems is preferred
• Strong knowledge of laser safety protocols and skincare principles
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build rapport and educate clients effectively
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a professional appearance
