PAY/SCHEDULE/LOCATION/BENEFITS:

• $24.00/hr DOE
• Location: Stone Oak, San Antonio, TX (training near San Antonio Airport)
• Mon-Fri Office Hours
• Weekly Pay via pay card or Direct Deposit

LEAD MEDICAL ASSISTANT / LVN DUTIES:

• Leadership & Supervision: Manage staff, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Patient Intake & Records: Oversee patient intake, update medical records, and ensure accuracy.
• Real-Time Clinical & Admin Support: Perform clinical tasks and handle administrative duties (faxing, calls, scanning) in real-time.
• Multitasking & Communication: Ensure smooth clinic flow while managing patient inquiries and administrative tasks.

LEAD MEDICAL ASSISTANT / LVN REQUIREMENTS:

• Submit to a drug screen & criminal background check
• Leadership experience in managing staff and maintaining a timely schedule.
• Multitasking ability to manage both clinical and administrative duties.
• Current CPR Certification and broad experience in direct patient care.
• Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
