Snelling Staffing Services San Antonio is currently looking for a Warehouse Associate (& Sales Support) for a client in the industrial supply sector. This on-site role combines warehouse operations with sales and customer support, offering a fast-paced, dynamic environment for motivated individuals!

PAY/SCHEDULE/LOCATION/BENEFITS:

• • $16.00-$20.00/hr (based on experience)
  • Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision +
  • Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit or Pay Card

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE (& SALES SUPPORT) DUTIES:

• Handle inventory management, including picking, packing, and shipping industrial products (hoses, gaskets, piping).
• Support sales efforts by preparing orders, communicating with clients, and ensuring timely fulfillment.
• Assist with resolving customer inquiries and providing product support.
• Collaborate with the production team to track and complete orders.
• Safely lift and organize heavy equipment or products as part of daily operations.

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE (& SALES SUPPORT) REQUIREMENTS:

• Education:

• • • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred).

• Experience & Skills:

• • • Knowledge of industrial products (hoses, gaskets, piping) is a plus.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and SolidWorks (a plus).
    • Strong communication and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.

• Physical Requirements:

• • • Must be able to lift and handle heavy products or equipment as part of daily duties.

• Other Requirements:

• • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
