Restaurant General Manager


Snelling Staffing Services is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to join a specialty dining restaurant, located northwest San Antonio. We are looking for someone to run both the front and back of the house who is capable of managing a team with over 5 years experience in a restaurant general manage role. 


  • Supervise daily operations
  • Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
  • Train and develop employees
  • Manage opening and closing of restaurant
  • Ability to execute catering deliveries
  • Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
  • Manage inventory and complete weekly reporting
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints
  • Excellent communication skills 


  • Minimum 5 years' previous experience in restaurant management including cash handling, food prep, labor management, inventory
  • Previous experience in quick service or fast casual dining
  • Current ServSafe Manager Certification for Bexar County
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid Driver's License and General Liability auto insurance required
  • Ability to work varied schedules including nights and weekends
  • Must complete a criminal history check, credit check, and drug screen
  • TABC Certified
