A leader in the Commercial Heating and Cooling industry is seeking entry level HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technicians.

As HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician you will get the opportunity to handle all aspects of Commercial Heating and Cooling; From Furnace and AC services, Cleanings to Inspections.


  • Perform preventative maintenance on various commercial HVAC mechanical equipment

  • Changing filters

  • Cleaning Blowers



  • Great customer service skills

  • Ability to lift over 60 lbs.

  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn

  • Possession of a valid Texas Driver’s License

  • Auto insurance

  • Provide your own hand tools


Work requires sufficient strength, agility, dexterity, and hand-eye-foot coordination to perform all essential tasks, including operating and using all tools, equipment and vehicles; lifting and carrying objects up to 75 pounds; reaching in front of body and overhead while holding heavy objects, walking, standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, and working in tiring and uncomfortable positions for extended periods of time; climbing and working from ladders, scaffolds, and lifts up to 40 feet high.

Work is performed both inside and outside building and facilities.  Employee is exposed to a wide range of climatic conditions, dust, and loud noises. Employee is also exposed to potential electrical shock and other physical hazards when working on electronic components and systems, operating tools and equipment and working in high places or cramped spaces. Work requires vision necessary to determine color differences. Employee is required to wear and use safety clothing and equipment and to comply with safety policies and procedures. Must be able to handle stressful situations as necessary.
