JOB DESCRIPTION

One Day Temp Assignment
When: Tuesday, October 1st (you'll be paid on Friday, October 11th via pay-card or direct deposit)
Time: 9:30am-1:30pm
Pay: $11/hr
Where: Near Rittiman Rd., San Antonio, TX 
(exact address will be given to you after you have accepted the assignment)

Duties:

  • Open up office with key (turn on lights, open blinds, turn down air conditioner, prep rooms)
  • As patients come in- have them sign in and complete paperwork
  • When doctor arrives- have completed paperwork for patients readily available
  • Stay until the doctor leaves & close up office (Return key to Snelling Office as instructed)

*If the patient is female, the doctor might request that you be in the room while he is examining her.
**You may need to translate if the patient speaks Spanish**
***Typed instructions for all duties can be found inside the office at your desk***

Qualifications:

  • MUST be bilingual (Be fluent in both English and Spanish)
  • Previous administrative/front desk/receptionist experience preferred
  • MUST be able to complete phone screen and all electronic hiring documents TODAY (Monday, September 30th)
