Are you an experienced Bilingual Medical Referral Coordinator looking for a full-time opportunity? Join a prestigious clinic in the Stone Oak area of San Antonio, dedicated to providing excellent patient care. We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented professional with strong communication and organizational skills to work as part of a healthcare team.

PAY/SCHEDULE/LOCATION/BENEFITS:

• $16.00-$17.00/hr (based on experience)
• Monday-Friday office hours (No weekends!)
• Medical, Dental, and Vision +
• Stone Oak area, San Antonio, TX
• Weekly Pay via direct deposit or pay card

BILINGUAL MEDICAL REFERRAL COORDINATOR DUTIES:

• Handle patient referrals and insurance verifications
• Communicate with insurance providers and referral sources
• Maintain accurate patient and hospital records
• Process referrals promptly, ensuring efficient service start
• Track and update patient admission information
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff for seamless care

BILINGUAL MEDICAL REFERRAL COORDINATOR REQUIREMENTS:

• Submit to a drug screen & criminal background check
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of medical office or referral coordination experience
• Knowledge of insurance plans, ICD-9, and CPT coding (preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Bilingual in English/Spanish required
