INDUSTRIAL PAINTER

Snelling Staffing has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Industrial Painter at an automotive manufacturing plant south of San Antonio. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay and great benefits.

PAY/SCHEDULE/LOCATION/BENEFITS:

• 4 or 5 Day workweek (40 hours)
  • Schedule offered during interview
• $18.00 – $23.00/hr (Based on Experience)
• South San Antonio area
• Weekly Pay via pay card or direct deposit

INDUSTRIAL PAINTER DUTIES:

• Apply paint, varnishes, stains, and coatings to interior & exterior surfaces
• Prepare surfaces by removing old paint using scrapers, wire brushes, or removers
• Fill nail holes, cracks, and joints with caulk, putty, or plaster
• Prepare, mix, and match paint colors, primers, and coatings
• May assist with estimating work time and material costs

INDUSTRIAL PAINTER REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience prepping & painting metal, cement, and drywall
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Able to pass a drug test & background check
• Reliable transportation (Public transit NOT available)
• Steel-toe boots required (must have or be willing to purchase)
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (Must provide 2 forms of ID)
