LVN – CLINICAL RESEARCH ( 6 WEEK CONTRACT)

SAN ANTONIO, TX 78236

We’re hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a temporary 6-week clinical research assignment in San Antonio, TX 78236! In this vital role, you’ll contribute to federal medical studies by supporting patient care, managing documentation, and coordinating with research teams. If you have strong clinical experience and a research background—especially with Phase 1 or pre-clinical studies—we want to hear from you!

PAY/SCHEDULE/LOCATION:

• $30.00/hr
• San Antonio, TX
• Monday–Friday, full-time hours (6-week temporary assignment)
• Weekly Pay via pay card or Direct Deposit

LVN – CLINICAL RESEARCH DUTIES:

• Take and record patient vitals in accordance with study protocols
• Assist with patient sample collection and support clinical coordinators
• Prepare and maintain informed consent forms, timelines, and source documents
• Manage IRB submissions, amendments, and regulatory documentation
• Coordinate scheduling, participant enrollment, and research oversight
• Support executive clinical staff with planning and documentation
• Compile, organize, and report study data
• Set up protocol procedures, prepare equipment, and manage study resources
• May require occasional evening or weekend hours

LVN – CLINICAL RESEARCH REQUIREMENTS:

• Active LVN license issued by the State of Texas
• Minimum 2 years of clinical/acute care experience
• Recent 2+ years of clinical research and research design experience
• Prior experience supporting Phase 1 clinical trials or pre-clinical research is strongly preferred
• Must successfully complete CITI training and remain current
• Certification such as Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC)
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI)
