Snelling Staffing – San Antonio is currently accepting applications for a full-time Production Supervisor (2nd shift) position! Join a dynamic team ensuring efficient, high-quality production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. PAY/SCHEDULE/LOCATION/BENEFITS:

• Monday-Friday schedule with occasional overtime as needed

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR DUTIES:

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair overhead cranes, hoists, and lifting devices
• Perform OSHA/ANSI-compliant preventive maintenance activities
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide repair recommendations
• Document all service and inspection activities accurately
• Assist with quality installations and respond to emergency service calls
• Maintain a professional and organized presence to build customer confidence

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS:

• Submit to a drug screen & criminal background check
• High School Diploma (GED) or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Regularly stand, lift, walk, reach, stoop, bend, and handle products
• Use reasoning skills to address practical problems in dynamic situations
