Snelling Staffing – San Antonio is currently accepting applications for a full-time Service Technician position! Join a leading team providing top-tier service in hoist and crane equipment. We’re looking for a dependable, safety-oriented professional with strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

PAY/SCHEDULE/LOCATION/BENEFITS:

• $22.00 – $32.00 per hour paid weekly!
• Monday-Friday day shift with occasional long hours and weekend shifts as needed
• San Antonio, TX
• Medical, Dental, and Vision +
• Company vehicle for home-to-work travel
• Uniforms & annual tool allowance

SERVICE TECHNICIAN DUTIES:

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair overhead cranes, hoists, and lifting devices.
• Perform OSHA/ANSI-compliant preventive maintenance activities.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide repair recommendations.
• Document all service and inspection activities accurately.
• Assist with quality installations and respond to emergency service calls.
• Maintain a professional and organized presence to build customer confidence.

SERVICE TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS:

• Submit to a drug screen & criminal background check
• Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical circuits (single/three-phase, AC/DC)
• Ability to weld and fabricate structures (certification required for structural welding)
• Experience with complex machinery assembly and repair
• Familiarity with OSHA/ANSI inspection criteria
• Safety-oriented with the ability to work at heights and in various conditions
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to drive a service truck
